Name: Crystal Clear
Crystal Clear is controlling, neat and charming. His talent is creating snow and keeping it perfect without the help of pegasi. He's skilled in other magic too, but this is his specialty. He owns a snow sports resort and takes great pride in it. Crystal expects the absolute best from everyone, sometimes coming off as harsh. But his criticism is only so due to wanting ponies to be the best they can be. He encourages younger fillies to try many things and improve, but from professionals he wants to mistakes (think Gordon Ramsay - in Masterchef he is angry and such, but in Masterchef Junior he's encouraging).
